This story was about a senior citizen "police academy." Watching a bunch of senior citizens use imitation handguns in a firearms simulator is just about as much fun as you can have. Interviewing them about their thoughts afterward is even better.

I think this was one of the best days reporting in my life. Hanging in a bar with Chuck Wepner, the boxer who inspired the Rocky story. Seriously. It does not get better.
